离子色谱法测定原料乳中硫氰酸钠的不确定度评定研究

摘    要:建立了离子色谱法测定原料乳中硫氰酸钠结果不确定度评定的数学模型,对测量过程中的不确定度来源进行逐层分析和合成,运用最小二乘法对外标曲线拟合的不确定度进行了评定。在0.1mg/LM.0mg/L范围内,离子色谱法测定原料乳中硫氰酸钠含量,其相对扩展不确定度为0.02mg/L,k=2。该评定对采用外标法定量的离子色谱法测定结果的不确定度评定具有参考作用。

Abstract:The mathematical model of uncertainty evaluation for determination of sodium thiocyanate content in raw milk by ion chromatography was established.The sources of uncertainty were analyzed and composed.The uncertainty of external calibration curve fitting was evaluated with the least square method.The relative expanded uncertainty of determination of sodium thiocyanate content in raw milk by ion chromatograph was 0.02 mg/L(k=2),within the range of 0.1 mg/L~1.0mg/L.The evaluating method of uncertainty could b...
