磁吸式精密播种种子磁性测试分析

摘    要:磁粉包衣丸粒化种子可用于磁吸式精密播种,其磁性强弱将影响播种性能.为此,应用古埃法磁性测试原理,测定了铁粉含量从10%~70%4种磁粉在不同磁场强度下的比磁化系数,了解了磁粉中铁粉含量对磁粉包衣种子磁性强弱的影响,以及磁场强度对磁化系数的影响规律,为磁吸式精密排种器设计提供了技术参考.

Abstract:According to the principle of magnetic suck seeder,the coating powder seeds are used to precision seeding.The performance of seeder is affected by the magnetism intensity of the seeds.The susceptibility of seeds in different magnetic fields was measured by using Go-Ai measuring theory after ordinary powder and iron powder are mixed with different proportion.The effect which iron powder proportion affect the magnetism intensity of seeds and the order which intensity of magnetism field affect the susceptibili...
