| 摘 要： | 淮山属薯蓣科薯蓣属多年生蔓性块茎类植物，是一种药食兼用的高效经济作物。通过种质资源优良单株筛选结合群体观察，植物学、生理学、产量和营养品质等相关研究，从广西地方种质资源中选育出淮山品种“桂淮6”，描述品种特征特性及田间肥水管理及病虫害防治等栽培技术要点；该品种早熟，高产，Fe、Zn含量高，淀粉含量适中，可作为药材加工和菜用、粮用、饲用，具有特色开发潜势及前景。

| Abstract: | Yam(Dioscorea)was an efficient cash crop ,it's tuber can be used as food and medicine.We studied on the characteristics of botany, physiology, yield and quality analysis of yam resources, selected a new yam variety "Guihuai No.6" from native resources. "Guihuai No.6"was a forward ,high yielding and high content of Fe,Zn and middling content of starch and rich mineral nutrition variety. This paper introduced the breeding selection process of the new yam variety "Guihuai No.6,it's characteristic and planting technique. |
