| 摘 要： | 针对农科大学生职业规划意识和执行力不强、学校职业指导服务体制不完善的现状,从农科大学生自身、高校职业指导中的局限性及社会环境3个方面进行分析,提出了学生转变就业观念、提高自身素质、学校完善就业服务体系、政府加强政策指导和宏观调控的对策。

| Abstract: | Based on the problems of lacking of career planning sense and execution in agricultural college students,imperfect professional guidance system of school,this paper makes analysis of the problems from three aspects: the limitations of agricultural college students themselves,the limitations of agricultural colleges and the social environment,then some measures are put forward to solve the problems such as students changing employment concepts,improve their own quality,school consummate employment service system and government strengthened policy guidance and macro-control. |
