Abstract:
In order to explore SNP sites for cucumber purity test and cultivar identification, high resolution melting (HRM) was used to screening SNP site from the group including 17 cucumber hybrid and their parents lines. By HRM analysis and Pyrosequencing confirmation, we got three SNP sites, named CLA0(TT /--), CLA1(C/T) and CLA6(A/G), whose polymorphism information (PIC) were 0.549, 0.366 and 0.477 respectively. And the three SNP sites are suited to purity test for 91.7% of the 12 commercial cucumber hybrid cultivars and have the potentiality for cultivar identification.
