摘    要:试验选用7种不同砧木材料,以自根苗为对照,低温胁迫期间,不同砧木嫁接苗丙二醛含量和相对电导率显著低于甜瓜自根苗,随着时间延长,嫁接苗耐低温的优势越明显,且低温伤害恢复较快,抗性较好;嫁接苗可溶性糖含量显著高于自根苗,其中A1和A2增幅最快,进入恢复期仍高于其他处理;低温处理72 h和恢复阶段,抗氧化酶系统SOD、POD和CAT活性都显著高于自根苗。通过隶属函数法综合评价表明A1和A2的耐低温表现最好。

Abstract:Seven different rootstocks were selected in this experiment, and self-rooted seedlings were used as the control. During low-temperature stress period, the grafted seedlings with different rootstocks exhibited significantly lower malondialdehyde content and relative conductivity compared with the self-rooted seedlings. As time progresses, the advantage of low temperature tolerance in grafted seedlings became more pronounced, with faster recovery from low temperature injury and improved resistancer; The soluble sugar content of grafted seedlings was significantly higher than that in self-rooted seedlings, with rootstocks A1 and A2 showing the most significant increases and maintaining higher levels than other treatments during the recovery stage.The activities of SOD, pod and cat of antioxidant enzyme system were significantly higher than those in self-rooted seedlings after 72 hours of low temperature treatment and recovery stage. Comprehensive evaluation using membership function method showed that A1 and A2 have the best low temperature resistance.
