复合菌剂接种鸡粪堆肥的效应研究

摘    要:传统自然堆肥耗时长,发酵不易完全腐熟。该研究将复合菌剂接种于鸡粪堆肥,旨在短时间内使堆肥达到完全腐熟。选用鸡粪为堆肥原料进行自然通风堆肥试验,研究了添加复合菌剂在堆肥过程中对温度、含水率、C/N比、NH4+-N、pH值、种子发芽指数等腐熟指标的影响。结果表明,相对于CK处理,复合菌剂能够快速提高堆料温度,使温度迅速超过50℃达到63℃,加快有机物料分解速率和堆料脱水速率,使含水率和C/N比分别降至20.20%和17.52,速递分别提高了33.28%、30.54%,促进了堆肥的腐熟、稳定;试验13 d时,NH4+-N降至0.19 g/kg,验证了复合菌剂使堆料完全腐熟;pH值下降至7.63偏中性,有效控制了氨气挥发和臭气产生,减少营养损失和环境污染;种子发芽率达到55.98%,堆肥达到腐熟指标,可以作为有机肥施用。添加复合菌剂有助于鸡粪堆肥发酵腐熟,显著缩短鸡粪发酵时间,对堆肥的科学生产具有重要指导意义。

Abstract:Using chicken manure as the raw materials,a decayed compost test under natural aeration was conducted to the effect of inoculated microbe consortium on composting.The change of temperature,moisture,the ratio of C/N,NH4+-N,pH,the germination index(GI) of the seeds and other physical and chemical indexes during composting were studied.The results showed that during composting with addition of microbe consortium compared with CK composting,the temperature rose rapidly to higher than 50 ℃ to 63 ℃,the decomposition of moisture and organic materials accelerated,the decreased ratio of moisture and C/N increased by 33.28% and 30.54% respectively,promoting the formation of the decay and stability of compost;On the 13 day of test,the content of NH4+-N decreased to 0.19 g/kg making sure that microbe consortium induce the decay formatting entirely;pH decreased to 7.63 leaning to neutral,controlling the release of NH3 and decreasing the production of odor effectively,reducing nutrient loss and environmental pollution;GI of the composts with microbe consortium was 55.98% and the composts could be used as organic fertilizers.Comprehensive analysis showed that the compost with microbe consortium is advantageous to the formation of the decay of compost,and the test results have important guiding sense to the compost science production.
