浦江县花桥乡的生态补偿研究

浦江县西部山区是浦江重要的水源区和生态屏障,生态服务功能十分明显,为保障该地区及周边的水资源可持续利用,保障森林生态资源安全,需要建立起资源统一配置、生态统一补偿的机制和森林生态效益补偿制度,积极部署生态公益林建设、保护管理工作,这是树立科学发展观促进浦江西部山区经济可持续发展的必然要求,也是坚持以人为本,实现人和自然和谐相处的迫切需要。

Study on the Ecological Compensation of Huaqiao Township in Pujiang County

West mountain areas of Pujiang County is very importment water source area and ecological barrier,ecological service function is very obvious,in order to ensure sustainable use of water resources of this area and the surrounding regions and ecological resources security of forest,we need to build an unified resource allocation,ecological consolidated compensation mechanism and ecological benefit compensation system of forest,and need to actively arrange for ecological public welfare forest construction and protect management work,this is the inevitable requirement for erecting the viewpoint of scientific development and advancing economic sustainable development of west mountain areas of Pujiang County,is also the urgent need of insisting on people first and maintaining the amicable relations between the human being and the natural.
