青海柴达木地区利用蝗虫微孢子虫持续控制草原蝗虫的研究

摘    要:2000年至2003年在柴达木地区施用蝗虫微孢子虫制剂防治蝗虫,每年防治效果显著,蝗虫的死亡率和感病率均出现2次峰值,分别达60%和40%以上。对1993年至2003年曾施用不同剂量药剂的处理区进行逐年跟踪调查,结果表明:蝗虫微孢子虫对青海草原蝗虫的持续控制作用十分明显,施用微孢子虫6—10年后,该地区的微孢子虫病一直在蝗群中自然流行,蝗虫密度仍然在防治指标下,持续控制了蝗害。

Abstract:Nosema locustae was used to control the rangeland grasshopper in Chaidamu from 2000 to 2003. The effects were apparent per annum, both the death rate and the infection rate took on 2 summits,with the percents over 60% and 40% respectively. The areas which were exerted different densities of Nosema locustae were investigated in sequence from 1993 to 2003. The result showed that the sustainable management of Noserna locustae to grasshopper was apparent. After 6 - 10 years when the Nosema locustae was used, the density of grasshopper in the areas was still under the control threshold. Nosema locuslae still spread through the rangeland and the grasshopper were dominated sustainably.
