摘    要:目的]研究在池栽试验条件下,不同灌溉量对冬小麦旗叶叶绿素荧光特性、籽粒产量的影响。方法]试验在山东农业大学实验农场进行,选取高产小麦品种济麦20为试验材料。在拔节和开花期进行不同的灌溉量处理,于开花期测定小麦旗叶叶绿素荧光特性。结果]随灌溉量的增加,小麦旗叶叶绿素荧光动力学参数Fm、Fv、Fv/Fm、Fv/Fo增加,Fo降低,说明灌水有利于叶片进行充分的光合作用,减缓叶片的光抑制程度和衰老进程。结论]2次灌溉总量为60 mm(每次灌30 mm)的籽粒产量最高,为最佳灌溉量。
