蝇蛆粉替代鱼粉对泥鳅生长及体成分的影响

摘    要:用蝇蛆粉替代基础饲料配方中O(CK)、25%、50%、75%和100%的鱼粉,分别配制了5组等氮饲料(粗蛋白含量为39.82%),研究其对泥鳅(Misgurnus anguillicaudatus)生长及体成分的影响.结果表明,当用蝇蛆粉替代鱼粉的比例为50%时,泥鳅的增重率和特定生长率与对照组相比无显著差异;不同替代水平对泥鳅全鱼体水分、粗蛋白和粗灰分含量无显著差异;替代比例为25%及以上时,全鱼粗脂肪含量显著高于对照组.综合分析泥鳅生长和体成分等指标,泥鳅配合饲料中蝇蛆粉替代鱼粉的适宜比例为50%,该替代水平可以节省鱼粉用量,降低饲料成本,并对泥鳅的生长无明显影响.

Abstract:The growth and body composition effect to Misgurnus anguillicaudatus was investigated in five isonitrogenous diets,using maggot meal respectively replaced by fish meal at the level of 0(39.82% crude protein),25%,50%,75% and 100%.The results indicated that,when using maggot meal substituting fish meal for 50%,the weight gain rate and the specific growth rate compared with control group had no significant difference.Different levels of replacement of maggot meal showed no significant difference in body water,crude protein and crude ash.The crude fat showed significant difference than that in the ricefield eel fed the control diet when using maggot meal substituting fish meal for more than 25%(P<0.05).Taking the growth effect and body composition into account,the appropriate maggot meal replacement ratio was 50%.In this level,no significant growth effect was observed comparing to the complete fish meal diet,thus,it largely reduced the cost.
