蒲公英中绿原酸纤维素酶法提取工艺的优化

摘    要:为了研究纤维素酶法提取蒲公英(Taraxacum mongolicum Hand.-Mazz)中绿原酸的工艺,通过单因素试验探讨加酶量、料液比、提取温度、提取时间、pH对绿原酸提取率的影响,并通过正交试验对影响绿原酸提取率的参数进行优化.结果表明,蒲公英中绿原酸提取的最佳工艺条件为pH 6.0、加酶量3.0 mL、提取温度50℃、提取时间1.0h,此条件下绿原酸提取率为10.031 mg/g.

Abstract:Chlorogenic acid in dandelion(Taraxacum mongolicum Hand.-Mazz.) was extracted by cellulose.The effects of enzyme dosage,raw material to solvent ratio,treatment temperature,treatment time and pH on the yield of chlorogenic acid were optimized by orthogonal experiment based on single factor tests.The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were pH 6.0;enzyme dosage,3.0 mL;extraction temperature,50 ℃;extraction time 1.0 h;the yield of chlorogenic acid under these conditions was 10.031 mg/g.
