不同配比菌糠育苗基质对辣椒幼苗生长发育的影响

摘    要:为提高食用菌菌糠的资源化利用水平,拓展利用途径,避免环境污染,以辣椒为测试对象,设置7个不同体积比的姬菇菌糠、草炭、珍珠岩基质配方,以不含菌糠的常用商品基质为对照,在高标准日光温室环境条件下进行基质穴盘育苗,研究不同配比菌糠育苗基质对辣椒种子出苗及幼苗生长发育的影响。结果表明:菌糠:草炭:珍珠岩(体积比)=3:4:3的育苗基质中辣椒出苗率为94.91%,植株性状表现优良,幼苗期株高26.13 cm,茎粗2.57 mm,根长11.95 cm,壮苗指数为0.029 9,可作为菌糠基料育苗基质配方在生产上应用。

Abstract:Abstract: In order to improve the resource utilization level of mushroom residue, expand utilization ways and avoid environmental pollution, seven different volume ratios of mushroom residue, peat and perlite substrates were set up with pepper as test objects, and substrate pot cultivation was carried out under high standard environmental conditions of greenhouse with common commercial matrix without mushroom residue as control. The effects of different proportions of mushroom residue on seed emergence and seedling growth of pepper were studied. The results showed that the emergence rate of pepper seed was 94.91% in a seedling substrate with volume ratio of mushroom residue : peat : perlite = 3 : 4 : 3, and the plant traits were excellent during the seedling stage, the seedling height was 26.13 cm, the stem diameter was 2.57 mm, the root length was 11.95 cm, and the strong seedling index was 0.029 9, which could be used in production as a seedling substrate formula of mushroom residue.
