摘    要:摘要:为保障营养丰富、保健价值高的珍稀食用菌金耳和羊肚菌的生长环境,促进人工栽培,发展珍稀食用菌产业,简述了温度、湿度、空气和光照等环境因子对金耳和羊肚菌生长的影响及相应栽培措施,同时指出当前业界存在的缺乏更深层次关于环境因子对2种食用菌生长影响的内在机制研究等问题。今后应注重环境因子对2种食用菌生长影响的生理生化研究与分子机制研究同步推进,以更好地为金耳和羊肚菌行业的健康持续发展提供帮助。

Abstract:Abstract: In order to protect the growing environment of the rare edible fungi Tremella aurantialba and Morchella esculenta with rich nutritients and high health care value, promote artificial cultivation and develop the rare edible fungi industry, the effects of environmental factors such as temperature, humidity, air and light on the growth of Tremella aurantialba and Morchella esculenta and the corresponding cultivation measures were briefly described. At the same time, it was pointed out that there was a lack of in-depth research on the internal mechanism of environmental factors affecting the growth of the two types of edible fungi. In the future, attention should be paid to the physiological and biochemical studies on the effects of environmental factors on the growth of the two types of edible fungi, and the molecular mechanism studies should be promoted simultaneously, so as to better help the healthy and sustainable development of the Tremella aurantialba and morchella industry.
