| 摘 要： | 文章对巴音布鲁克草原利用、超载、退化现状进行了分析，提出巴音布鲁克大草原生态环境恶化的根本原因是长期的超载过牧，解决超载过牧、恢复巴音布鲁克草原生态的最根本的途径是坚持和贯彻草畜平衡，并就如何落实草畜平衡制度提出了建议。
