摘    要:
 病毒侵染植株后,其各部位的含毒量有很大差异。在用酶联免疫吸附分析(ELISA法)筛选抗黄矮病小麦品种过程中,取接种苗的哪个叶片作为样品来测定含毒量,至关重要,它直接影响实验的准确性及可靠程度。为了使实验更加灵敏,应取植株含量最高的部位检测,但在这方面,还没见有用血清学方法直接检测的报道。

Abstract:
According to ELISA, the contents of BYDV are not identified indifferent parts of the inrected seedlings, it is important to determine a correct sampling site on the infected seedling in screening for resistant to BYDV by ELISA. It influences not only the sensitivity of the test, but also the reliability. In this experiment, four parts in each infected seedlings were tested, the result showed that the contents of BYDV in different parts of the seedlings were as follows from high to low:1. tender leaves at the top;2. leaves with 1/3 yellow near the top;3. all green's, and 4. all yellow's under third leaves from the top.The Waller-Duncan multiple comparison of means tests was used to determine statistical significance, means among the ELISA value of each part sample are significantly different except between 1 and 2.
