摘    要:针对当前鱼类自动化加工中存在的定向困难、稳定性差及鱼身损伤严重等问题,设计鱼体头尾定向调理上料系统。控制系统采用测量光幕扫描采集传送带上输送的鱼体图像,在Matlab环境中开发上位机控制系统,对鱼体图像进行处理,提取鱼体轮廓曲线,根据头尾轮廓曲线的差异性进行头尾定向识别。为方便操作者实时操作调整参数,设计了基于Matlab的GUI界面,对传送速度、图像采集、姿态调整装置等进行调节控制。在搭建的试验台上使用草鱼进行系统测试,初步试验结果表明,输送速度设置为10 cm/s时,系统对于鱼体的头尾识别成功率可达95%,头尾序列整理定向成功率接近90%。本研究为鱼类机械加工提供了新的送料方案,对提高鱼加工生产线自动化有较好的借鉴。

Abstract:In order to solve the problems of difficult orientation,poor stability and serious body damage in the current automatic processing of fish body,Design fish head and tail directional conditioning feeding system.The control system uses the measuring light screen to scan and collect the fish images transported on the conveyor belt,The upper computer control system is developed in Matlab environment to process the fish image,Extraction of fish contour curve,According to the difference of head and tail contour curves,the head and tail orientation recognition is carried out,in order to facilitate the operator to adjust the parameters in real time,the GUI interface based on Matlab is designed,The transmission speed,image acquisition and attitude adjustment device are adjusted and controlled.The system was tested with grass carp on the test bench,the preliminary test results show that when the conveying speed is set at 10 cm/s,the success rate of fish head and tail recognition can reach 95%,and the success rate of head and tail sequence sorting was close to 90%.This study provides a new feeding scheme for fish machining,and has a good reference for improving the automation of fish processing production line.
