| Abstract: | This paper summarized the important roles of conversion of farmland back to forests project on solving problems concerning agriculture, farmer and countryside in Sichuan province, analyzed the new requirement and task of conversion of farmland back to forests works in constructing socialistic new countryside, and discussed the thoughts and countermeasures of project constructing under the new situation. |
