苹果生长期中钙元素含量的测定

摘    要:[目的]测定苹果生长期中钙元素的含量,研究苹果生长期中含钙量的变化规律。[方法]采用干-湿法分解样品,用火焰原子吸收法测定苹果生长期中钙元素的含量。[结果]结果表明,该方法测定钙元素的回收率为101.0%,相对标准偏差(变异系数)为2.6%。[结论]该法具有快速、简便、灵敏的特点,且操作简便,易于掌握,分析周期短,速度快,干扰容易消除等优点,便于推广应用。

Abstract:[Objective] The Calcium content during the apple growing was determined to study the change law of Calcium content during the apple growing.[Method] The trace-calcium content of in the apple specimens growing had been determined by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry method with a dry-wet digesti on/dissolvent process.[Result] The Calcium recovery rate of the method was 101.0%,and the percent of the relative standard deviation(CV) was 2.6%.[Conclusion] The method has the characteristics of fast,simple and sensitive,and it is simple,fast,easy to grasp the cycle of short and easy to elimination interference and so on.So the method was suitable to apply.
