| Abstract: | Pectinase is a kind of effective enzymes that can break down the ANFs -pectine in feeds. It is used as a kind of green feed additives more and more widely in stockbreeding.According to this situation,this article has discussed the character,the classification,and the action mechanism of pectinase.Besides,it simply generalized the researching foreground of pectinase. |
