摘    要:果胶酶是降解饲料抗营养因子——果胶的有效酶,它作为一种绿色饲料添加剂在畜牧业生产中的应用越来越广泛。文章针对这一现状,主要对果胶酶的性质、分类、作用机理作一阐述,并对其研究前景进行简要概括。

Abstract:Pectinase is a kind of effective enzymes that can break down the ANFs -pectine in feeds. It is used as a kind of green feed additives more and more widely in stockbreeding.According to this situation,this article has discussed the character,the classification,and the action mechanism of pectinase.Besides,it simply generalized the researching foreground of pectinase.
