摘    要:Penicillium sp.的纯培养试验结果表明:Penicillium sp.的最适降解条件为甲磺隆浓度22.6mg/L,菌体浓度12.25 mg/L溶液,温度30°C,pH 7.0.在有机肥浸出液为共基质时,甲磺隆降解速率可以提高约15%,但葡萄糖影响不显著.当Penicillium sp.加入到华家池潮土中时,可明显促进土壤甲磺隆的降解,且有较好的持续性,从而使甲磺隆在土壤中的半衰期由对照的27.7 d缩短到16.5~18.8 d.

Abstract:In synthetic medium and pure culture, the optimal condition for metsulfuron methyl degradation by Penicillium sp was: metsulfuron methyl concentration: 22 6 mg/L, strain suspended concentration: 12 25 mg/L, temperature: 30, and pH7 0 When the infusion of soaked compost was taken for co substance, metsulfuron methyl degradation rate was enhanced by about 15%, but the effect of glucose was insignificant It also was shown introduction of penicilliun sp into wet soil was effective in promotion metsulfuron methyl degradation too, and the effect was stable that half degradation time was shortened to 16 5 18 8 d
