荷叶生物碱的提取及体外抑菌和凝血活性研究

摘    要:本试验通过提取荷叶生物碱,探讨荷叶生物碱对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、酵母菌、黑曲霉的抑制能力以及体外凝血活性。实验结果表明,荷叶生物碱具有较强的抑菌活性,其浓度为9%的荷叶生物碱抑菌圈直径大小和最小抑菌浓度值分别为:大肠杆菌18.6mm、7%;金黄色葡萄球菌16.3mm、12%;酵母菌15.6mm、9%;黑曲霉8.5mm、21%;高、中、低浓度荷叶生物碱提取液与空白对照相比体外凝血时间缩短1.5%,凝血效果不显著。

Abstract:The experiment was involved in extraction of alkaloid from lotus leaves,its effects of inhibition ability and in vitro coagulation activity on Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli,Candida,Aspergillus niger were investigated.The 9% of Lotus leaf alkaloid had strong antibacterial activity,the antibacterial circle diameter size and MIC values were 18.6mm: Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus7%;16.3mm,12%;15.6mm9%;Candida.Aspergillus niger 8.5mm,21%;High,medium and low concentrations lotus leaf alkaloid extract compared with the placebo in vitro shortened coagulation time rate of 1.5%,lower than 30%,the coagulation effect was not significant.
