| 摘 要： | 对澳大利亚和新西兰信息素质标准框架改版的理念进行分析，对我国信息素质教育及标准建设提出建议，认为应扩大教育对象、枸建信息素质评价标准、将信息素质教育纳入高校课程体系、注重信息道德和知识（信息）管理教育、培养学生批判性的思维方式。
