摘    要:目的为水中四氯乙烯等这类易挥发性有机氯污染物研究一种简单可靠的分析方法 ,从而减少传统分析方法中使用大量有毒有机溶剂所造成的二次污染、工作量大、结果准确性差等缺点。方法水溶液直接注入气相色谱 ,氢火焰离子检测器检测水中四氯乙烯的浓度。结果 水溶液直接注入气相色谱法测定水中四氯乙烯 ,标准曲线的回归方程为y =- 0 .33+ 0 .0 5 6x,相关系数r=0 .9990 ,水中四氯乙烯含量在 0 .0 5 μg~ 0 .6μg范围内呈良好线性关系 ,保留时间为 9min40s,峰形良好。结论 水溶液直接注入气相色谱测定水中四氯乙烯的方法 ,其准确度、精密度、检出限均较好 ,这种方法易于推广。

Abstract:Objective to study a simple and reliable analysis method for perchloroethylene, which is an organochlorine pollutant in water and easily volatile. In order to decrease secondary pollutant from organic solvent by traditional analysis method. MethodInjecting aqueous solution into gas chromatograph directly and monitoring concentration of perchloroethylene in water with FID detector. Results Regression equation of standard curve by injecting aqueous solution into gas chromatograph directly and monitoring concentration ofperchloroethylene in water was y=-0.33+0.056x, related coefficientr=0.999 0, Content of perchloroethylene in water appears well linearity relation from 0.05μg to 0.6μg. Retention time is 9min40s.Pike form is good. ConclusionThe method of injecting aqueous solution into gas chromatograph directly and monitoring concentration of perchloroethylene in water with FID detector, its accuracy, precision and limit of detection is well. This method can be popularized easily.
