摘    要:采用水培试验和盆栽试验对不同柳树品种的耐盐特性进行了研究。结果表明,随着盐分浓度的提高,柳树幼苗存活率、生物量逐渐减少,金丝垂柳的耐盐能力明显高于旱柳。叶片死亡时Na+浓度在品种间有明显差异,金丝垂柳叶片的Na+含量为40mg/g(DW),旱柳叶片的Na+含量为30mg/g(DW)。柳树体内盐分的积累速度受土壤湿度和地下水含盐量的双重影响。

Abstract:The salt tolerance of different willow varieties was studied by water culture experiments and pot culture experiments.The results showed that the survival rate and the biomass of seedlings of willow decreased gradually with the increasing of salt concentration.And the salt tolerance of Salix×aureo-pendula was better than that of Salix matsudana Koidz.There was significant difference for the threshold values of sodium ion resulted in the death of the leaves in different willow varieties.The sodium ion content in the Salix×aureo-pendula and the Salix matsudana Koidz were 40 mg/g(DW) and 30 mg/g(DW) respectively.The soil humidity and the salt concentration of groundwater exerted a dual influence on the accumulating speed of the salt in the willow.
