草菇杂交菌株的遗传分析与同工酶测定

摘    要:在杂交菌株12ch的989个后代单孢分离株中,Ⅲ型和Ⅳ型分别占总数的1/16,A型与B型的比例为11,气生型与非气生型的比例为11,正常菌丝类型占总数的1/4.综合比较亲本、配对的单孢菌株以及杂交菌株的酯酶、过氧化物酶和多酚氧化酶的同工酶,结果表明,单孢菌株不一定继承亲本的所有酶带,还可出现亲本所没有的酶带;杂交菌株的酶谱不是两亲本或两配对单孢菌株酶带的简单相加,它会出现新的酶带,这在一定程度上体现了杂种优势;不同杂交部位的分离物以及杂种的组织分离菌株,它们的酶谱结构大体相同,并表现出布勒现象

Abstract:In 989 progenies of 12ch hybrid, both Ⅲ and Ⅳ phenotype were one sixteenth, the rate between A and B phenotype was 1∶1, aerial and nonaerial phenotype was 1∶1 too. Normal colony type was one fourth of the 989 progenies. Isozymes of esterase and peroxidase and polyphenol oxidase were examed. Comprehensively compare analysis of the electrophoretogram of parent generation and hybrid and monosporous isolates of hybrid combination, and some results were showed as follows. Monosporous isolates might not inherit all the enzymic bands of its parent generation but might appear nonparental enzymic bands. The isozymic pattern of the hybrid was not equal to the simple adding of the isozymic bands of two parental strains or the monosporous isolates of hybrid combination, but might appear new isozymic bands which embodied hybrid vigor in some aspects. The isozymic patterns, isolated from different positions of the mating plate and from fruitbody tissue of hybrid, were almost the same in structure and showed isozymic Buller phenomenon.
