摘    要:用响应面分析方法,研究了Clextral BC-45型双轴挤出蒸煮机的操作参数对系统运行稳定性的影响。研究的4个操作参数为末段腔体温度、螺杆转速、供料速率和供水速率,每一个变量设置5个水平。以运行压力为目标函数,记录每个运行过程中相应的压力读数,并建立回归拟合方程。研究结果表明,腔体温度、螺杆转速和供水速率3个操作参数对系统运行稳定性均有影响,回归拟合相关系数R^2=0.80,说明拟合的统计模型具有一定的可信度。

Abstract:The effects of operating parameters on running stability of A Clextral BC-45 twin screw extruder were analyzed using the response surface methodology. The four operating parameters chosen were the barrel temperature in the last zone, screw speed, solid feed rate and water feed rate, and each of them had five different levels. The running pressure was used as the objective function, and a regression fitting equation was established. The results of the study show that all the chosen parameters, except solid feed rate, influenced the renning stability of the system. The correlation coefficient of the regression fitting R2=0.80, shows the statistical model has certain credibility.
