| 摘 要： | 目的]初步研究山核桃果皮提取液的抑菌活性。方法]通过测定山核桃果皮提取液对供试黄瓜枯萎病菌Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. cucumerinum和番茄灰霉病菌Botrytis cinerea Pers.菌丝生长和分生孢子萌发的抑制作用,初步研究了山核桃果皮提取液的抑菌活性。结果]核桃果皮提取液除了能抑制供试菌株菌丝生长外,对病原菌孢子萌发和芽管生长也具有显著的抑制作用。培养9h后,与对照相比,对黄瓜枯萎病菌孢子萌发的抑制率为73.9%,芽管长的抑制率为63.5%;对番茄灰霉病菌孢子萌发的抑制率为82.7%,芽管长的抑制率为65.1%。此外,山核桃果皮提取液具有明显的促进黄瓜种子发芽的作用。结论]该研究为山核桃果皮提取物开发为杀菌剂提供理论依据。
