| 摘 要： | 林地流转行为是后林权制度改革的一项重要内容.作者于2011年通过实证调研的方式,采用定量分析的方法研究了少数民族地区-石林县林农林权流转行为.结果发现,家庭劳动力是否充足、是否受到自然灾害的影响、是否缺乏资金或技术等因素对林农林权流转行为具有显著影响.提出完善林权流特服务体系,探索新的发展模式,完善林区金融服务体系等建议.

| Abstract: | Forest land right transition behavior is an important content of post forest tenure system reform.Through empirical research,using the method of quantitative analysis,the author has studied the forest right transition behavior in the minority area of Shilin county in 2011.It was found,family labor adequacy,effects of natural disasters,and whether lack of funding or technology has significant impact on forest right circulation behavior.Proposals have been put forward to improve the service system of forest right circulation,explore new development pattern,and improve the financial service system and so on. |
