加快桐乡市森林城市创建的思考

桐乡市曾先后获得多项园林绿化先进称号,截至2010年底已有23个村被命名为"浙江省绿化示范村",但对照浙江省森林城市评价标准还存在着建成区林木覆盖率较低,森林结构与布局不尽合理,生态功能脆弱,绿化用地、资金问题比较突出等问题。藉此,提出强化力度,扎实稳妥地推进工作,因地制宜地完善城乡森林生态体系,创新思维,积极引导社会化绿化理念等加快创建森林城市的对策。

Perspectives of Accelerate Creating Forest city of Tongxiang

Tongxiang city has received the title of garden greening pioneer several times, at the end of 2010, 23villages were named as the ＂ greening demonstration village in Zhejiang Province＂ , but in con- trol of forest city evaluation criteria of Zhejiang province, there are existing problems i. e. , low coverage rate, unreasonable forest structure and layout, weak ecological function etc, Therefore, countermeasures to strengthen governance, to improve rural and urban forest ecological system suitable for local condi- tions, innovative thinking, and to guide social greening concept, were put forward to speed up creating forest city of Tongxiang.
