| 摘 要： | 简要介绍我国木材供需状况及广西木材资源现状及特点,分析建设国家木材战略核心储备基地的优劣势,提出建立健全财政补贴制度、完善森林保险机制和木材生产金融扶持政策、实施林业基础设施倾斜支持等政策建议以及扶持龙头企业、引导集约经营、加快良种选育、强化服务体系等措施建设。

| Abstract: | This paper briefly introduces the situation of supply and demand of our country lumber, and timber resources current situation and characteristics in Guangxi. Analyzed the advantages and disadvan- tages of building national wood strategic core reserve base, Meanwhile, put forward relevant measures i. e. sound financial subsidy system, improving forest insurance mechanism and timber financial support policies, supporting forestry infrastructure, supporting leading enterprises, guiding to intensive manage-ment, speeding up the breeding, strengthening the construction of service system etc. |
