欧李与麦李花开放期间部分生理指标的变化

目的]探讨欧李和麦李花衰老的内在规律,为提高坐果率提供理论依据。方法]以两年生欧李与麦李开花期间的花瓣为试材,对花瓣中的相对含水量、可溶性糖等7项生理指标进行了分析和测定。结果]在开花期间,花瓣中的可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量持续下降,游离脯氨酸含量、丙二醛含量、细胞膜透性持续上升,欧李与麦李花单瓣的干、鲜重从开花的第1～3天逐渐上升,并在第3天达最大,之后逐渐下降。花瓣中花青素的含量在开花的前3 d逐渐增加,3 d后逐渐下降,这种变化趋势与欧李、麦李开花过程中花瓣的色泽变化一致。结论]欧李、麦李的花与其他植物相似,从开放当天即开始了使花衰老的生理过程。

Changes of Some Physiological Indices in Petals during Blossom of Cerasus humUis and Cerasus glandulosa

Objective] The purpose was to discuss the internal rule of flower senescence in Cerasus humilis and Cerasus glandulosa and provide the theoretical base for increasing setting fruit rate.Method] With the petals of 2-year-old C.humilis and C.glandulosa as tested material,the 7 physiological indexes such as relative contents of water,soluble sugar,soluble protein and so on in petals were measured and analyzed.Result] During flowering period,the contents of soluble sugar and soluble protein in petals reduced continuously and the contents of free proline,MDA and cell membrane permeability increased continuously.The dry weight and the fresh weight of a petal increased gradually from the 1th day to 3th day of the blossom,reach the peak value on the 3 th day and then reduced.The content of anthocyanin in petals increased gently in the initial 3 days of the blossom and then declined after 3 days.The changing trend of anthocyanin was consistent with the change of the petal color during the blossom of C.humilis and C.glandulosa.Conclusion] Being resemble with the flowers of other plants,the flowers of C.humilis and C.glandulosa begian the physiological process of flower senescence since the day of blossoming.
