| Abstract: | Analysed the current financial situation on sci-tech project management of Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences (CATAS), resolved the type and composition financial Sci-Tech Project of CATAS, and pointed out the problems existed in the projects from six suggestions to strengthen the financial aspects of projects funding for effective management of financial resources to play the use of performance measures and ideas. |
