竹塑复合材料及其在土工网中的应用

摘    要:竹纤维用量对竹塑复合材料土工网的力学性能、加工性能和热学性能影响的实验结果表明:随竹纤维含量的增加,竹塑复合材料的拉伸、弯曲和冲击强度及热变形温度都比基体材料有较显著的提高,而断裂伸长率和熔体流动速率则略有降低。综合考虑复合材料土工网的各项性能,采用主成分分析法确定竹纤维最佳含量为27%。27%竹纤维和10%玻璃纤维混合增强的竹塑复合材料土工网的拉伸强度可达到33.8kPa,伸长率为10.2%,竹塑复合材料土工网可广泛应用于土木工程建设领域。

Abstract:The impact of bamboo fiber content on the mechanical, thermal and manufacturing properties of geotexile made from bamboo fiber reinforced thermoplastic composite was analyzed. The results show that with the content of bamboo fiber increasing, the tensile strength, flexural strength, impact strength and heat distortion temperature of composite material increase greatly, while splitting extension ratio and melt flow rate decrease. Considering the comprehensive properties of composite geotexile, the optimum bamboo fiber content was deduced by principle component analysis, which is 27%. With mixing of 27% bamboo fiber and 10% glass fiber, the tensile strength of mixed fiber reinforced composite can reach 33.8 kPa, the extension ratio 10.2%, and this kind of composite geotexile can be applied widely to civil engineering.
