农用风机叶轮的有限元分析

摘    要:叶轮是离心通风机的关键部件。叶轮上的叶片根部经常发生破坏,确定叶轮的应力和应变分布规律是提高风机强度的基础。为此,借助于有限元分析软件ANSYS对某农用离心风机叶轮进行了静强度分析,得到了叶轮的应力和应变分布规律,验证了设计的合理性,并为进一步优化叶轮结构提供了参考依据。

Abstract:The impeller is a key component of centrifugal fan,the impeller blades are often broken on the root.Determining the stress and strain distribution of the foundation is helpful to improve the fan strength.In this paper,by means of finite element analysis software ANSYS,static strength analysis was carried out on the impeller of an agricultural centrifugal fan.The analysis produces the stress and strain distribution of the impeller.The analysis result proved the design is reasonable and provided a reference for the further optimization of the structure of the impeller.
