摘    要:根据马斯洛的需要层次学说的理论,人的五种需要构成了不同的等级或水平,并成为激励和指引个体行为的力量。农村职业学校教师工作积极性也是建立在他们需要的基础之上,.解决制约农村职业学校教师工作积极性不高的途径有:提高工资、待遇与福利;提高公众对农职教、农职教师的关注度;改革管理模式,强化教师的归属感;完善农职教师在职培训和继续教育制度。

Abstract:Need according to A. H. Maslow arrangement of ideas theory understanding, five kind of person needs to have composed the different grade or horizontal, and becomes to stimulate and guide individual behavior strength. Rural area vocational school teacher job enthusiasm is also to build of basis needing in them. Resolve the approach restricting rural area vocational school teacher job enthusiasm having: Improve salary , payment and welfare ; Improve the public attention degree to agriculture vocational education and their teachers ; Reform the managing a pattern ; Strengthening the teacher belonging to agricultural vocational education; Perfect agriculture vocational teacher in -service training and continue an educational scheme.
