中密度纤维板生产技术发展趋势

摘    要:该文通过对比国内外中密度纤维板生产和研究状况,系统地介绍了MDF生产中的纤维分离、干燥、施胶、热压及后处理等工序的先进技术和研究进展,提出MDF生产技术的发展趋势,即纤维分离向高质量和低能耗发展,施胶和干燥向高效率和低成本发展,热压向连续化发展,同时增加产品的后期处理工序等.

Abstract:By comparing the domestic and foreign production and research status of MDF, the paper systematically describes the advanced technologies and research development of fiber separation, drying, glue application, hot pressing, post process, and other production processes of MDF production; puts forward development of MDF production technology, such as the trends of high quality consumption of fiber separation, high efficiency and low cost of glue application and drying, continuous hot pressing, and the addition of post process of the products.
