| 摘 要： | 通过心理测试和团体训练的方式,探讨了实验组、对照组学生训练前后的心理适应水平,发现有意识的训练对提高贫困新生的心理适应能力有良好效果,并在此基础上提出了学校开展训练、教育的策略。
