| 摘 要： | 农业产业化经营是农业现代化和农业市场化发展到一定阶段的必然产物。它的形成与发展具有一定的理论依据，即企业理论、制度变迁理论、内在经济与外在经济理论、博弈理论和产业关联理论等。北京郊区的农业产业化经营实践具有显著的特点，即产业链分布的跨区域性、以流通企业为“龙头”、以现代农业高新技术试验示范园区为载体、形成门类多样的农业产业化经营体系等。

| Abstract: | Management of agricultural industrialization is an inevitable product outcome developing with agriculture modernization and agriculture marketization. Its form and development have fixed theory basis, such as industry theory, system changes theory, inherent and external economy theory, game theory and industry interrelated theory etc. . The practice of agricultural industrialization in Beijing suburb has notable character, such as striding pertaining to a region of industrial chain distribution, taking circulation industries as dragon head, taking trial demonstration garden area of modern agriculture with new technology as carrier, forming diversified system of agricultural industrialization management. |
