基于明光市石坝河现代农业示范区建设规划的思考

在分析明光市石坝河现代农业示范区土地利用现状的基础上，阐述其建设规划的主题内容，引发5点借鉴与思考，即规划应做到传统农业技术与现代农业技术结合，体现传承与创新统一；生态保育和土地整治并重，体现天人合一；功能分区既独立又融合，体现个体与整体统一；发展农业循环经济，体现资源节约与环境友好相统一；发展休闲农业，体现生产与休闲一体化等。

Reflections on the Construction Planning of the Shiba River Modern Agriculture Demonstration Area in Mingguang

This paper elaborated, on the basis of present situation of land use in the Shiba River Modern Agriculture Demonstration Area, the subject content of its construction planning, and pointed out five important issues: the planning should take advantage of both traditional and modern agricultural technology to achieve the unity of inheritance and innovation; the efforts of land conservation and reclamation be strengthened to achieve the unity of man and nature; functional sub areas be independent and complementary to realize the unification of individual and entirety; agricultural recycling economy be further developed to achieve the unity of resource saving and environment protection; leisure agriculture be enhanced to carry out the integration of production and recreation.
