DDGS对樱桃谷鸭生产性能及血液甲状腺激素的影响

为了研究日粮中添加不同比例的DDGS(Dried Distillers Grains with Solubles)对樱桃谷鸭生长、屠宰性能及甲状腺激素含量的影响,本试验选取360只15日龄樱桃谷鸭,随机分成4组,对照组及A、B、C 3个试验组,并分别添加0%,5%,8%,11%的DDGS配制日粮,试验期为15~35日龄,共21 d。试验结果表明日粮中含5%,8%,11%的DDGS不会对肉鸭的生长造成不良影响;相反,8%,11%含量能明显促进肉鸭生长,降低饲料成本,提高经济效益。3个试验组血液中T3含量均比对照组显著降低,T4含量均比对照组显著增加。综合饲料成本及促生长效应等因素考虑,3个组中以8%DDGS添加量较好,11%次之。

Effects of DDGS on growth performances and blood thyroid hormones in Cherry Valley Duck

Purpose of the current experiment was to examine the effects of DDGS(Dried Distillers Grains with Solubles) prepared diets on the growth and slaughter performance in the cherry valley duck.Three hundred sixty ducks of 15 day old were randomly divided into four groups,and the control and three trial groups were used 0,5%,8% and 11% DDGS prepared diets,respectively.Experimental period was prolonged for 21 days.The result indicated that on 5%,8% and 11% of DDGS prepared diets had no harmful effects on growth appearances of Cherry Valley ducks.The growth and slaughter performances of 8% and 11% group were improved,feed costs decreased and economic efficiency increased.Blood levels of T3 in three trial groups were significantly lower than that in the control group,while,blood T4 concentrations were significantly increased.Together,8% DDGS is suggested to be the best proportion,and the second is 11%.
