| 摘 要： | 甜瓜内在品质的主要指标有可溶性固形物含量、硬度、空心和成熟度等，内在品质的无损检测对甜瓜的生产及流通有着重要意义。本文综述了利用声学、电磁和近红外光谱技术等3种无损检测方法的原理、优缺点和研究进展，并指出了今后的研究方向。 |
