摘 要: | 目的]筛选菟丝子总黄酮的提取方法,为充分利用开发菟丝子总黄酮资源提供科学依据。方法]采用回流提取法、冷浸法、超声提取法、微波辅助萃取法、索氏提取法5种方法提取菟丝子中总黄酮含量,以芦丁为对照品,通过紫外分光光度法对总黄酮的含量进行精密测定,对提取效率进行综合比较。结果]5种提取方法所得总黄酮含量从大到小依次为回流提取法(31.24 mg/g)、微波辅助萃取法(16.84 mg/g)、索氏提取法(12.82 mg/g)、超声提取法(9.74 mg/g)、冷浸法(8.88 mg/g),回流提取法所得总黄酮含量最高。结论]回流提取法应用于菟丝子总黄酮的提取,具有提取速度快、提取效率高的优点。

Comparison of Different Extraction Methods of Total Flavonoids in Cuscuta chinesis |

Abstract: | Objective] The research aimed to screen the extraction methods of total flavonoids in Cuscuta chinesis,and provide scientific basis for the development of total flavones resources in Cuscuta chinesis.Method] Five kinds of extraction methods:reflux extraction method,cold maceration method,ultrasonic extraction method,microwave assisted extraction method and Soxhlet extraction method were used to extrant the content of total flavonoids in Cuscuta chinesis,rutin as a reference substance,the content of total flavonoids was determined by UV spectrophotometry,and the extraction efficiency was compared comprehensively.Result] The content of total flavoniods gained by five kinds of extraction method was followed by:refluxing extraction method (31.24 mg/g) > microwave assisted extraction method (16.84 mg/g) > Soxhlet extraction method (12.82mg/g) > ultrasonic extraction method (9.74 mg/g) > cold maceration method (8.88 mg/g),the content of total flavonoids was the highest by refluxing extraction method.Conclusion] The refluxing extraction method is applied to the extraction of Cuscuta chinesis total flavonoids,which has the advantage of extraction speed and high extraction effciency. |
