| 摘 要： | 在总结垦区近年剑麻产业遭遇严重病虫灾害后重建经验成效的基础上,针对剑麻产业发展存在的主要问题,就如何深化剑麻产业改革、优化产业结构、创新经营管理机制、实施紧密型经营理念、争取和加大产业扶持、开展科技攻关及技术推广、配套集成技术应用、建立健全垦区剑麻产业服务体系、做大做强龙头企业、提高产业竞争力和效益等方面提出见解,以推动垦区剑麻产业恢复和高效可持续发展。

| Abstract: | On the basis of summarizing the experience of reconstruction experience in sisal industry after encountering serious diseases and insect pests in recent years,aiming at the main problems in sisal industry development,opinions were put forward on how to deepen the sisal industry reform and optimize the industrial structure,innovate management mechanism,implement the close management concept,strive for and increase industrial support,carry out scientific and technological research and technical popularization,support integrated technology applications,establish and improve the service system of sisal industry in reclamation area,bigger and stronger leading enterprises,improve industrial competitiveness and efficiency.The purpose is to promote the restoration and efficient and sustainable development of sisal industry in the reclamation area. |
