江苏省茄果类蔬菜价格波动特征与分析

以江苏省四大蔬菜批发市场茄果类蔬菜为研究对象,以2013—2015年108个旬平均价格为基数,分析江苏省辣椒、番茄、茄子3种蔬菜价格波动特征.结果发现,3种蔬菜价格呈周期性波动,最高价格均出现在2月上旬—4月中旬,最低价格主要分布在6月下旬—8月中旬,市场批发均价高于5.00元/kg的时期主要集中在1—3月.从蔬菜种类上看,年均辣椒价格最高,番茄价格居中,茄子价格相对较低;从年份上看,年均价格最高的是2013年,2015年居中,2014年的价格偏低;就波动程度看,2013年的价格波动小,2014年的居中,2015年的波动程度大.综合年均价格和波动程度,发现2013年茄果类蔬菜行情较好.从地域分析看,各批发市场间价格高低不同,南京农副产品物流中心的价格最高,除了南环桥市场的番茄价格明显高于凌家塘之外,凌家塘、淮海、南环桥这3个市场间茄果类蔬菜价格水平基本相当,不存在差异.

Fluctuation Characteristics and Analysis of Solanaceous Vegetables Price in Jiangsu Province

Taking four vegetable wholesale markets in Jiangsu Province as the research object, the average price of 2013-2015 years and 108 ten day was taken as the base to analyze the price fluctuation characteristics of 3 kinds of vegetables, such as pepper, tomato and eggplant in Jiangsu province. The results showed that 3 kinds of vegetable prices are cyclical fluctuations, the highest price appeared in early February -4 month, the lowest price is mainly distributed in the late June -8 month, the market wholesale price of 5. 00 yuan /kg higher than the period mainly concentrated in 1-3 months. From the perspective of vegetable species, the highest average price of pepper, tomato and eggplant in price, the price is relatively low;from last year, the average price is the highest in 2013, the center in 2015, 2014 the price is low;the volatil-ity of price fluctuations, in 2013 ,2014, in 2015, the volatility of the large, comprehensive the average price and volatility, found 2013 so-lanaceous vegetable market is better. From the perspective of geography, the wholesale market price level of agricultural logistics center in Nanjing the highest price, in addition to south central bridge market price was significantly higher than that of tomato lingjiatang, lingjiatang, Huaihai, south central bridge the market between the 3 solanaceous vegetable price level quite basic, there is no difference.
