秦巴山片区十堰市特色高效生态农业发展研究

摘    要:分析了十堰市特色生态农业发展的现状和基础,认为全市面源污染治理力度显著增强,农业生态环境明显改善,生态农业产业步伐走在秦巴山片区前列。同时指出特色生态农业发展存在的问题,主要体现在生态环境保护与生态移民和环境容量、生态功能脆弱、面源污染、经济发展现状、丹江口库区消落区保护与利用之间的矛盾突出。鉴于此,提出十堰市特色生态农业发展的对策和思路,主张建立立体高效生态农业特色产业结构,建设高效生态农业示范基地和生态农产品加工园区,减少面源内污染,推广生态治理修复技术,以及提高农民的生态环保意识。

Development of High-efficient Ecological Agriculture in Shiyan City of Qinba Mountain Area
Abstract:The present situation and foundation of characteristic ecological agriculture development in Shiyan City were analyzed that the city's non-point source pollution control efforts increased significantly,the agricultural ecological environment has been improved obviously,and the pace of ecological agriculture industry is walking in the forefront of Qin Bashan area.At the same time,the problems existing in the development of characteristic ecological agriculture was points out,which mainly reflected in the prominent contradiction between ecological environment protection and ecological migration and environment capacity,the ecological function is frail,the non-point source pollution,the present situation of economic development,and the protection and utilization of the drop off area of Danjiangkou reservoir area.In view of this,the countermeasures and ideas for the development of characteristic ecological agriculture in Shiyan were put forward,which suggested to set up the characteristic industrial structure of stereoscopic and efficient eco agriculture,build an efficient demonstration base for ecological agriculture and an ecological agricultural product processing park,reduce pollution from non-point sources,popularize ecological remediation technology,and improve farmers' awareness of ecological environmental protection.
