Abstract:【Objective】This article was to study the effects of different levels of saccharomyces cerevisiae on rumen environment and blood parameters in dairy cows.【Method】Three cows fitted with permanent rumen fistula were chosen and arranged in a 3×3 Latin square trial.The experiment was divided into three groups,the treatment was basic ration(A),the based diet added 0.33% and 0.67% DM saccharomyces cerevisiae(B and C).【Result】The results was as follows: saccharomyces cerevisiae on diets decreased rumen pH and liquid NH3-N.Saccharomyces cerevisiae on diets had no significant effects on the calcium and phosphorus contents and serum alkalescence activity in blood of dairy cow.The liquid NH3-N of treatment B was significantly lower than A and C after 6 hours that dairy cows were fed(P<0.05)【Conclusion】Adding Saccharomyces cerevisiae on diets decreased rumen pH and liquid NH3-N.But there was no significant effect on the calcium and phosphorus contents and serum alkalescence activity in blood of dairy cow.
