摘    要:对1株具有溶磷能力的珠芽蓼内生细菌Z14的16S rDNA基因片段进行扩增、测序,并与GenBank中相似序列进行比对分析和构建系统发育树,结合生理生化测定结果将Z14鉴定为短小芽孢杆菌(Bacillus pumilus);通过定量测定Z14的溶磷量为902.14 mg.L-1.

Abstract:One endophytic bacteria,Z14,which has the ability of phosphorus-solubilizing was isolated from Polygonum viviparum,its 16S rDNA have been amplified and sequenced,and was compared with the similar sequences from Genbank,then a phylogenetic tree has been built Combined with the results of some physiological and biochemical measurements,Z14 was identified as Bacillus pumilus.The phosphorus solubilizing ability of Z14 was quantitatively determined,which was 902.14 mg·L~(-1).
