| 摘 要： | 利用树上套笼接虫方法，对18个转Bt基因和凝集素基因的741杨无性进行了抗桑天牛特性鉴定，初步确定了P10、CC11、CC25、CC53等4个抗天牛无性系和1个轻感天牛无性系P22。

| Abstract: | By using the method of inoculating insects in the coop setted on the tree, the resistance of 18 transformed clones of hybrid poplar 741 on Apriona germari (Hope) was measured. Four clones: P10, CC11, CC25 and CC53 that can resist Apriona germari (Hope) and a P22 that can taint Apriona germari (Hope) slightly were selected preliminarily. |
