抗战时期四联总处在广西的农贷研究

抗战时期,广西是抗战大后方的重要省份,其农业发展在抗战中的意义重大,作为抗日战争期间国民政府最高经济与金融机构的四联总处对广西农业的发展甚为重视。四联总处在广西的农贷政策因时局的变迁呈现出阶段性特征;其对广西农业生产诸多方面的贷款,在一定程度上促进了战时广西农业的发展,但四联总处自身的缺陷又使广西农贷存在诸多致命的弊端,农贷效果大打折扣。

Research on Agriculture Loan of Four-Bank Office in Guangxi during the Anti-Japanese War

Guangxi was an important province during the Anti--Japanese War and agricul- ture was vital in the period. As the supreme economic and financial institution of national government, Four--bank office improved the development of Guangxi＇ s agriculture greatly. As a result of the changing situation, the policies of agricultural loan of Four--bank oflice in Guangxi presented a phase characters, which provided various kinds of loans in Guangxi, to some extent, made the agriculture improved. However, there were some deadly defects that made peasants＇ interest impaired and the efficacy of agricultural loans reduced.
